Seriously though, we’ve been blown away with all the positive feedback for these custom mugs, and we’re so glad we introduced them. When we started out, we experimented with so many different techniques, heating times, heat temperatures, mug types. I think we can all agree it’s the little meaningful things, whether they’re zoom calls with family or small unexpected gifts you get in the mail, that put a smile on our faces and keep us going.
